The Brasserie is hands down one of the best restaurants in Grand Cayman. To be honest, they took on the sea/farm-to-table concept before it was even cool to do so on island. They have continued to be trendsetters in the industry by working with local farmers, utilising their two fishing boats, maintaining a private garden and even a beehive. They change their menu daily based on what is fresh, seasonal and local. If you are looking for an eclectic primarily seafood restaurant then this is where you want to be. Make sure you grab one of their cocktails which incorporate their garden ingredients like passionfruit, basil, gooseberry and honey. For a more casual café approach (with food just as delicious), head next door to The Market for hot lunches, build-your-own salads and sandwiches. Not feeling too hungry? Then check out Juiced at The Wicket for flavourful and fresh smoothies and juices.
