Caboose is the smokehouse portion of The Brasserie restaurant group in Cricket Square. This outdoor restaurant has a cafeteria-style setup filled with barbecued and smoked meats and fish. You can opt to have your protein solo, in a bun or with a selection of hot and cold sides. You may not believe it, but vegetarians and vegans are welcome and can choose to have BBQ tofu as their protein or order their Veggie Bowl that’s made up of five sides. The line can get quite long around noon, but it moves fairly quickly making it a popular spot for lunch. Not only can you dine-in under their shaded seating area, but you can get it to go in their biodegradable containers. Oh, and when they ask if you want to add corn bread to your 1/4lb or 1/2lb lunch special, always say yes!
