If you are looking for a high-end steakhouse then look no further than Seven at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman. Smiling faces, warm hues and comfortable leather seating set the scene for an epic dining experience. Seven does it all by utilising quality Niman Ranch meat products, designing innovative desserts and cocktails, as well as offering a wine menu with 350+ options. They also have the accolades to prove why they are one of Cayman's best restaurants; not only were they chosen by readers to be featured in USA Today's 10 Best Restaurants in the Caribbean 2018, but Seven employs talented individuals like Cayman's 2017 World Class mixologist, Amba Lamb, and the 2017 Taste of the Caribbean's Pastry Chef of the Year, Executive Pastry Chef Melissa Logan. It's encouraging to see an upscale concept incorporate touches of Caribbean flair throughout the meal, from sorrel-based cocktails to pepper-jelly-topped-butter and, of course, fresh local fish. If you are looking to experience Seven at a more reasonable price I’d suggest reserving a seat on Thursday’s for ‘Prime Rib Night’ where diners can order from a special menu highlighting their tender baby back ribs or juicy prime rib. Make sure to visit them in the morning as they open daily for breakfast where guests can dine a la carte or from the buffet, and on Sundays, from November to May, you can't miss their one-of-a-kind luxe brunch (hello unlimited Moët & Chandon!). Whether it's breakfast, brunch or dinner, I can promise that you will not be regret your time at Seven.
