Seven

If you are looking for a high-end steakhouse then look no further than SEVEN at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman.  Smiling faces, warm hues and comfortable leather seating set the scene for an epic dining experience.  SEVEN has one-of-a-kind appetisers, use quality Niman Ranch and Snake River Farm steaks, and even offer plant-based mains along with their seafood and meat options. It’s hard to turn down desserts when you’re at any Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman restaurant as they are all amazing! Start the night with a cocktail by one of their talent mixologists or have the sommelier help you choose a wine from their more than 350 bottles.

As a local, it’s encouraging to see an upscale concept incorporate touches of Caribbean flair throughout the meal, from pepper-jelly-topped-butter for their famous mango brioche to local seasoning peppers mixed into their hollandaise. If you are looking to enjoy Seven at a more reasonable price I’d suggest grabbing a seat at the bar from 5-7pm and enjoying their exclusive CI$8 happy hour menu. Make sure to visit them in the morning as they open daily for breakfast where guests can dine a la carte or enjoy the buffet. Whether it's breakfast, happy hour or dinner, I can promise that you will not be regret your experience at Seven.
