With our seafaring heritage it only makes sense that Cayman's longest running restaurant would be seafood focused.  Lobster Pot utilises Caribbean flavours and ingredients with some Mediterranean and North American touches.  Some of the popular items include a decadent lobster bisque, garlicky escargot and the local catch of the day.  Though it is not featured on their menu, residents know that lunch on Friday plays host to the infamous "Lobster Pot Burger" known for it’s massive size and delicious surf and turf ingredients.  Make sure to order a glass of wine while you’re there as they boast a global wine list to target every palate. What makes this restaurant even more appealing are the breathtaking views you can’t get anywhere else. Perched on the second floor it overlooks the shimmering George Town Harbour, which is stunning whether you are sitting on their breezy balcony or peering out of their large glass windows.
