Czech inn grill

Roadside view of the Czech Inn Grill bar seating

Chef Jiri “George” Zitterbart worked in some of Cayman’s best fine dining establishments and eventually moved on to set up Czech Inn Grill in Bodden Town. This casual roadside eatery serves American and European comfort food in a relaxed environment. This laid back and quirky apperance, draws in drivers passing by. Diners can pull into the parking lot to grab a seat at the bar or opt for the more shaded seating area to view the colourful collection of nick nacks and memorabilia on the walls. Czech Inn Grill is known for their homemade burgers, schnitzel dishes (particularly the jager schnitzel) and seafood, such as whole snapper and steamed mussels. Their bar is fully stocked now (which it wasn’t when they first began) and so they serve a selection of beer and spirits to help diners cool down on those sunnier afternoons. Next time you see the Czech Inn Grill sign as you’re driving through Bodden Town, don’t be afraid to swing by and support this small business.
