From the moment you walk into this blue hued restaurant you can feel at ease knowing that you are in for a fantastic dining experience.  The expectations for this restaurant are high as Chef Shetty is not only the chef & owner, but the President of our very own Cayman Culinary Society.  Blue Cilantro prides itself on using quality ingredients and a combination of Indian cooking techniques and/or flavours to create unique dishes.  Diners have the option of ordering tapas, a four or six course tasting menu or simply dining a la carte.  This is also a great place to grab a seat at the bar and try one of their many cocktails ranging from apertifs to Caribbean favourites.  I can guarantee that there is no other restaurant doing East meets West fusion quite like them in Cayman.
