Ave Restaurant

Ave is the signature restaurant at the stunning and sprawling complex that is the Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa. The restaurant is on the second floor and their outdoor patio provides dinners with 180o views of Seven Mile Beach. At the helm of this fine dining establishment is Executive Chef Massimo De Francesca who combines seasonal ingredients with Mediterranean flavours. Ave not only serves breakfast and dinner, but they also do a delicious Sunday Brunch that I’ve added to my Cayman’s Best Brunches list, as well as a happy hour dubbed ‘Apertivo Hour’ every Monday to Friday. To keep things interesting they have regular theme nights each week that range from highlighting Greek and Spanish cuisine to farm-to-table dinners.
