When you first walk into the lobby of the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort you are welcomed by the buzzing lounge and open layout of Anchor & Den.  This is not your typical hotel restaurant because they have gone above and beyond by offering guests a globally inspired menu, creative cocktails, weekly themed events and a variety of food stations, including a creperie, gelato stand, sushi & raw bar.  This is not just beneficial to guests staying at the hotel, but for residents who are looking to change up their weekly routine by attending their Spanish tapas night El Mercat - Nit de Tapes on Thursdays, Mad Hatter's Tea Party on Saturdays and their Boulangerie Brunch on Sundays.  They have even gone as far as producing their own gin and creating their own coffee blend!  This is the perfect example of a hotel restaurant who caters to guests and the local population, so do as I do and pretend you're on vacation for a few hours.
