With both chefs imported from Spain, Tahu is the only restaurant in Cayman to offer authentic Spanish tapas on the regular.  The burnt orange walls and dimly lit interior allow guests to feel transported to another destination.  Though the menu seems limited it is important to realise that each dish is classically done and executed well.  This is the place to go if you want Spanish tapas without the flair - pan con tomate, chicken croquetas, Spanish tortilla and pulpo a la gallega, just to name a few.  Go and enjoy a variety of these small plates and share them...or don't...with your friends.
