In the vicinity of Morgan's Harbour you can find this contemporary colourful restaurant, where the best seats are definitely out on the shaded deck.  Their menu focuses on serving delicious, creative dishes using locally caught fish and seafood - you can literally watch the fishermen pull up to the dock.  They have a Mediterranean vision, but they still highlight Caribbean ingredients like conch, cayman style beef and oxtail.  It pleases me to say that they are one of the few restaurants on island that offer an a la carte brunch on both Saturday and Sunday!  It should be noted that they were awarded  'Chef of the Year', 'Best Restaurant' and 'Best Ambience' at the 2016 Table Talk awards.

The Mexican Benedict is one of my favourite brunch dishes as it's loaded with pork carnitas, pico de gallo, avocado, black beans and a poached egg all on a corn cake and smothered in a roasted jalapeño hollandaise.  Now that's a mouthful!
