This Spanish tapas style restaurant in the Kimpton offers the option of sitting at a communal table where you can order a slew of tapas, pintxos and small plates or grab a seat at their Chef's Counter, which allows you interact with the chefs and service staff whilst enjoying their tasting menu.  Currently I have only been to the Chef's Counter to truly challenge myself with their impressive one-of-a-kind dishes.  The tasting menu changes every couple of days in order to ensure a new experience with each visit. You should definitely splurge on the wine pairing for a perfectly balanced meal.
